Research Money seeks to enhance its CRM system, Zoho, by developing and refining a comprehensive contact list. The goal is to ensure that all contact information for leads and contacts is accurate and up-to-date. This involves verifying and updating details such as place of work, phone numbers, and email addresses. Additionally, the project aims to assess whether each contact is an active reader of the company's newsletters, "From The Publisher" and "Innovation This Week."
