We had a wonderful experience working with Ghadeer. She showed a solid understanding of design concepts and creative development and had a positive attitude throughout the engagement. She is detail oriented and asks good questions. She executed rapidly and was patient when she had to wait for Planetary CARE colleagues or the vendor when we had to remove barriers for her to do her work. The program outcome was the very best possible within the constraints she was under. Ghadeer showed a highly professional level of understanding of the ups and downs of client design. Ghadeer did a great job completing her tasks and deliverables in a timely manner with a high level of quality. She has excellent and timely follow-through at all stages of the project. Ghadeer was not only a pleasure to work with but she went out of her way to research solutions and to ensure she had a good understanding of the project requirements. She had to work very closely with a senior Graphic Designer on this project who had creative control of the website look and feel. Ghadeer was both respectful and helpful in ensuring that the design concept was adhered to. This project was fairly ambitious and it was completed within a 4 week time frame and the end-product meets all functional and design specifications. Excellent work from Ghadeer Khader.
