STEM the Gap Academy aims to leverage data from its digital platforms to improve customer experience and website performance. This project focuses on analyzing user interactions and behaviors using data from Hot Jar, Squarespace, and a chat feature. The primary goal is to identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions to enhance user engagement. Learners will engage in data cleaning and organization, followed by exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful insights. By visualizing key findings, the project will provide STEM the Gap Academy with actionable recommendations to optimize their digital platforms.
