After providing her with basic instructions at the start of the project, she demonstrated strong independence and the ability to deliver high-quality work without requiring extensive guidance. She consistently went above and beyond, ensuring that her submissions were not only thorough but also presented in a highly professional manner. Her maturity was evident throughout the project, and despite being on exchange in a different country, she maintained excellent communication, met all deadlines, and actively participated in meetings.
