PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: eHelply is developing a cloud of microservices called the eHelply SuperStack. The SuperStack is a catalog of features, intelligence, and AI which can be rapidly assembled into a product similar to assembling Lego bricks. This stack is sold as a usage-based Saas offering, and we offer development services to help bring the founder's ideas to life. Our SuperStack is being powered through our SuperStack Dashboard, a way for startups or tech companies to leverage the powerful tools the Superstack has to offer. eHelply is a diverse and youthful organization that leverages modern business, HR, and technology practices. eHelply has a great virtual culture and uses a tool called GatherTown to reflect modern virtual offices. eHelply is a remote-work-first company. We have meeting rooms, game rooms, fun personal offices, and more. We are also a very collaborative team full of people who love to help each other succeed and reach new heights. Intrapreneurs will be invited to give feedback on the UI and UX of the SuperStack Dashboard. In addition they will work to provide compelling marketing materials for the SuperStack Dashboard and work with eHelply's marketing team to drive social media engagement using these materials. Clarity Studio - Outreach Interviews
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: At Clarity Studio, we empower innovators by helping them express the value of their solutions in simple, clear language that resonates with the target audience and makes great things happen. We've noticed that one group of innovators is particularly underserved by existing offerings on the market: newcomers to Canada. We are about to start developing an online group coaching program for immigrant entrepreneurs. This will be an adaptation of one of our existing programs, Strategic Communications for Startups (SCS). To help us design a program that will truly serve the needs of newcomer innovators, we need to conduct learner interviews. Learner interviews have been the key to our success in building SCS and our other online program, Leadership Writing for Engineers. We have a well-defined process for recruiting interviewees, conducting interviews, and compiling the insights learned. Your task will be to connect with newcomer entrepreneurs from the Atlantic region and across Canada as well as with the staff of incubators and accelerators. You'll create an interview script and use it to conduct 15 to 25 interviews. Once the interviews are complete, you'll share your findings with the rest of the Clarity Studio team in a document or slide deck. These findings should enable us to develop a program prospectus to help us recruit our first cohort. (VFC Project) Careerin Tech Online Career Fair - Marketing + Event Planning
PROJECT DESCRIPTION Careerin Tech Society is a non-profit that helps people develop their careers in the tech sector. Careerin is organizing online career fairs to connect tech talents open for new jobs and tech companies that are hiring and we also invite tech professionals to share career insights or best practices in different topics. Careerin is using videos and online events to help candidates learn more about tech companies, their mission, culture, and people in the teams so they can find the companies that they are aligned with. During the online career fair, companies will have founders or hiring managers that talk about what their companies are about in videos and they will have online meeting sessions with candidates that are interested in joining them. Candidates can create a self-intro video on our platform that can be accessed by the companies that they are interested in, so they can tell their stories in person in the video instead of being another resume in the pile. The career insights sessions can help students or people that are new to the tech industry to learn about the different career paths, while the best practices sessions are good for professional development and experience sharing with their peers in the tech industry. Venture for Canada Intrapreneurs will help us in organizing and running our monthly Careerin Tech online event.
