Project student leadership Production

The Clock is Ticking: Developing Leaders Before Time Runs Out! I’m thrilled you’re joining us for an exciting journey into how we can prepare the next generation of leaders. Students are facing so many pressures today, but with SEBA’s peer mentoring, leadership training, and mental health initiatives, we’re empowering them to rise above it all. Whether you’re a parent, student, or someone passionate about making a difference, this podcast is packed with energy, insights, and actionable steps. Ready to shape the future? Let’s get started—time’s ticking!" SEBA is eager to leverage the power of trending media by creating its own podcast series. In this project, ASU students will collaborate with us to produce or improve a podcast that aligns with SEBA’s mission and resonates with our target audience, including parents, high school students, educators, business leaders, and principals. Our goal is to deliver a compelling 5+-episode podcast series that fosters engagement and reinforces SEBA’s core values of leadership development, peer mentorship, and mental health advocacy. Students involved in this project will take on several critical tasks, including: Collaborating on Podcast Branding: Work closely with SEBA’s project manager to brainstorm and finalize the podcast's name, overall theme, and specific topics for each episode to ensure alignment with SEBA’s mission and audience. Scripting Podcast Content: Develop comprehensive scripts for various elements of the podcast, including the introduction, welcome message, call to action, transitions, and outro. Ensure that the tone reflects SEBA’s values and effectively communicates key messages. Creating Visual Identity: Design eye-catching cover art and graphics for the podcast to enhance its visibility and appeal on podcast platforms. This artwork should reflect the podcast’s theme and attract the target audience. Researching and Planning Episodes: Conduct in-depth research for each episode, ensuring that discussions are informative, relevant, and engaging. Plan and organize episode content, ensuring each episode flows logically and stays on topic. Recording and Editing Episodes: Record each episode, ensuring high-quality audio and professional delivery. Edit recordings to enhance clarity, remove any errors, and maintain a consistent tone throughout the series. Incorporate music, sound effects, and transitions where necessary. Facilitating Guest Appearances: Identify and invite special guests who align with SEBA’s mission, such as educators, community leaders, or former students. Facilitate the integration of these guest appearances, ensuring their contributions add value to the episode content. Promoting the Podcast: Develop a promotion strategy, including crafting engaging social media posts and teaser clips. Utilize SEBA’s digital channels to raise awareness and encourage engagement from the community. Post-Launch Analytics and Feedback: After the release of each episode, monitor listener feedback and analytics to gauge audience engagement. Provide suggestions for improvement based on data insights to optimize future episodes. Managing Podcast Distribution: Assist in uploading and managing the podcast on popular platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.), ensuring that episodes are accessible and well-positioned for discovery by the target audience. Ensuring Consistency and Quality Control: Ensure that each episode meets a high standard of quality and remains consistent with the brand, message, and overall objectives of SEBA’s leadership and youth development initiatives.

SEBA Digital Marketing Awareness and Donor sub

SEBA is a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing student leadership clubs in high schools. Our primary mission is to prevent bullying and violence within educational institutions. We strive to achieve this by providing students with comprehensive leadership development and essential life skills necessary for their future roles as leaders. Our organization implements three core programs: Leadership, Mentoring, and Mental Health. Through these programs, we aim to empower students, foster positive relationships, and promote mental well-being among the student body. By actively engaging in these initiatives, we endeavor to create a safe and supportive environment that cultivates the growth and potential of future leaders. This will involve several different programs for the students, including: Leadership Program: This program focuses on developing leadership skills among students. It can include activities such as workshops, seminars, team-building exercises, and training sessions to enhance communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and other leadership qualities. Encouraging students to take on leadership roles within the club or in other school activities helps them develop self-confidence and responsibility. Mentoring Program: The mentoring program provides support and guidance to students by pairing them with mentors who can serve as positive role models. Mentors can be adults from the community or older students who have demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to preventing bullying and violence. Regular mentoring sessions can help students build self-esteem, navigate challenges, and develop healthy relationships. Mental Health Program: This program focuses on promoting mental well-being among students. It can include workshops, awareness campaigns, and resources aimed at educating students about mental health issues, stress management, coping mechanisms, and seeking help when needed. Additionally, providing a safe space for students to discuss their concerns and emotions can contribute to a supportive school environment. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.
