I had a great experience working with Allee, Allie and Cynthia via Springboard. They were easy to work with, with professional communication, and a solid plan for approaching the project from the outset. It was clear they were listening to the background information I gave in calls and incorporating that into the project direction throughout, which made the results that much more valuable for us. The insights they put together were very revealing for us about the student experience, and their recommendations are going to directly inform changes to the platform in the future. I would highly recommend this team, and working with this program in general.

Website Development

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Setting up user testing sessions with paying customers to gather feedback on the current web application. - Analyzing the feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the agenda and minutes features. - Collaborating with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback. - Conducting additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience. - Creating a report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.
