Based on information you provide, in teams, students will focus on one main topic and will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations, aligned with company's goals, industry wide trends, current situation, and employees' expectations. Utilizing an applied approach and using different academically tried and tested tools and techniques, as well as using Talent Management foundations, the students will comit to run a thorough analysis and present a well-developed proposal for you.
