Hridita did a great job identifying leads, organizing them into a well-structured database, and drafting personalized messaging for outreach. Her ability to categorize and compile information efficiently was a strong asset to the team. One area for improvement would be arriving on time to meetings, as being present from the start would have allowed for greater involvement and ensured she didn’t miss key details. Overall, she was a dedicated and detail-oriented contributor to the project and will be continuing her business development efforts in our next project!
