Website Audit, UX and Conversion Optimization Study
We recently launched an updated website and are looking for a group of students to perform an audit, analyse the usability and create meaningful and actionable strategies around how to increase conversions. Our website and landing pages already ranking well on Google and generating a lot of traffic, but our problem lies in converting the leads that come to that page into real action. This project includes, but is not limited to: Creating strategies for Increasing conversions on our existing high-traffic landing pages Recommendations on Improving the overall user experience Analyzing and disseminating heat maps (we have been running Hot Jar since our launch in March) Developing sample user tests Overall recommendations on how the website could be improved. The final project deliverable should be a report including research, analysis, and recommendations, and perhaps a presentation. It should assist our marketing team in successfully increasing our conversation rate with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Virtual Internship: Automating Sales Funnel Tracking + CRM Implementation
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1 student. The primary focus for the student will be automating our sales funnel tracking by consolidating our processes from beginning to end using our CRM (Zoho) as the end point. At the moment there are several data collection points that are disconnected: We rely on manually inputting the majority of our web leads and results into our CRM Zoho Our web leads flow into our Mailchimp account but there is no connectivity with our CRM. We track web traffic and conversions with Google Analytics but have no meaningful way to determine ROI on our marketing spend Our goal at the end of this experience is to have a streamlined Sales Funnel Tracking System and CRM system that is automated. Other duties the student may complete could include: - Using our current strategy to create a new and augmented CRM marketing campaign - Mapping customer journey and automating personalized digital marketing. - Applying standard marketing analytics and CRM processes to sales funnel. - Analyzing SEO and current Google Analytics campaigns to create email marketing campaigns with relevant key words We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Phone, Riipen messaging, Asana, email, and video conferencing. Virtual Internship: Increasing Social Media Presence and Following on LinkedIn
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1 student. The primary focus for the student will be creating and implementing a campaign to increase on social media presence, mainly focusing on LinkedIn. Our goal at the end of this experience is to have a more active LinkedIn presence and increased following to draw traffic to our site. Other duties the student may complete could include: - Recommend strategies for using digital and online communication and media as part of a marketing communications plan - Writing and creating content for our LinkedIn profile - Creating a content calendar for all our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) - Developing visual content to share We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Phone, Riipen messaging, Asana, email, and video conferencing.
