Cineacloud Film and Entertainment Platform: Website Development
Our company would like to explore software development for market delivery. The students will support the senior development team in the creating an overhaul of the website for the platform. They will work on creating a new wireframe for the website and design a new UX. The student will oversee modules on our platform and assist the project manager. There will be a 2-hour commitment per day. 5 days per week for an 8-week term

Retailers and Vendors Market research
Our company will advertise thousands of Halal food products online. The main problem we are trying to solve is gathering detailed information about available Halal food market stores and vendors in the main cities in Ontario province to build our database for potential retailers and vendors who will list their products on our platform. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Ask for referrals: Contact information and meaningful endorsements from colleagues, friends, customers, other retailers, and vendors. Check Halal websites and publications: Including trade organizations, associations, guilds, regulatory boards, certification agencies, and newsletters. Google it: Use a variety of specific phrases, try adding your geographical location, and pay close attention to any paid ads that appear Call local associations or the BBB: Most cities have an economic development organization or professional resource center that will offer vendor listings with background information, historical data, previous complaints or grievances, etc. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identify From the gathered information of retailer and vendor which ones are right for you. Digital Content Creation - Social Media for Food Start Up
The main objective of this project is to assist Mi BOWL Meal with building our brand identity and brand authority. Mi BOWL Meal is a ready-to-eat meal delivery company located in Toronto that specializes in asian-fusion and asian-inspired dishes. Our meals are healthy and nutritionally balanced. We offer delivery on Mondays and Thursdays every week. Our company vision is to help people be their best selves and we do this by freeing up their time to focus on their life's priorities. We sell entirely online through the Shopify platform. We have a stable customer base with which we're known for providing high quality, delicious, and healthy ready-to-eat meals. We'd like to deepen our brand authority by creating content for our website (e.g., blogs), social media, and other digital marketing tactics (e.g., emails). Currently, we actively manage an instagram account, and two social media accounts that are more focused on the Chinese community (Xiaohongshu, and WeChat). This project will focus on refining our digital marketing strategy and creating content for our Instagram and Facebook presence, and possibly our LinkedIn presence as well.
