This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s story, mission and vision statements. Conducting background research on our company’s products and customers. Establishing suitable personality traits for our brand voice and justifying each trait. Describing how personality traits can be displayed through our brand voice. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending methods of ensuring a consistent brand voice. Recommending revisions for our current marketing materials to use a new brand voice.

Our company is looking to create a new updated Brand Vision Story to align with the new direction and vision of our brand and give us a fresh storytelling and marketing visions. We hope to retain the “feel” of our brand and remain recognizable as we have established ourselves as a trusted company over the past several years. But we are looking to fine tune our communications, value propositions and market targets & customer personas, and brand voice. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching current marketing assets, communications & working with our founder to re-define. Developing and designing a strong brand story, values & customer profiles Developing a new framework for messaging and targeting using this Creating a social media toolkit with the new communications that can be parlayed across all our media assets & website. Creating potential profile using usage guideline for brand voice.
Creating Graphic Design Assets
Our company is looking to design assets, of product sample pouches; labels for sample jars, and boxes that will be used to send these to B2B retail buyers and for B2C for sampling our products. This may involve: Creating new sample packages for branded labels; pouches; and boxes to package them in, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset in appropriate design file, based on the approved thumbnails.
B2B - Sales Incentives Program (Distribution to Bricks & Mortar)
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations with our outsourced Sales & Distribution teams. In this project, student will create a Sales Incentive program that is tier based to incentivize current sales & distribution teams in their sales process. The incentives will be for: 1) sales representatives 2) store listings You will develop a tiered incentive program and a new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
Referral Marketing Campaign Plan - Summer Season Strategy
Our organization is passionate about customer based referral marketing campaigns. We want to increase our ROI, conversions and followers utilizing a compelling referral based marketing program. Based on the elements below create a campaign with a series of tears: Make sure our brand message is easy to understand and repeat. Build a community around our brand. It’s more than a product and a logo. It’s what we stands for and represents. If our customers identify with those values, they will share our story with others, with or without an incentivized referral program. Your customers are your best salespeople. They can “sell” to their friends and family without sounding salesy. And their friends are more likely to go with a recommendation from a friend than some celebrity on a TV screen. Make referrals easy. It should be simple for our customer to share our brand with referral rewards that match their purchasing behavior - to create an army of loyal cheerleaders working on our behalf
Awareness Video Creation - As Told By The Founder
Our organization and founder is passionate about promoting social causes in the areas of mental health wellness and sustainability. We want to increase awareness about these particular topics. We would like to collaborate with students to create awareness videos on these two topics This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Recording a presentation or screencast to raise awareness on the issue. Finding and applying suitable background music. Adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback. Recommending ideas and editing tools for future awareness videos.
Brand Story Video Creation (sustainability creation story)
Our organization is looking to develop an video about our brand story and it's focal point being sustainability environmental impact on the planet. We are looking for a students to assist us in the script development, storyboard, scene creation, and of this video using stock videos, content we have created already of our founder speaking, etc. We envision this project to include but not be limited to: The creation of a meaningful and engaging 15 - 20 minute video about our brands environment impact story hat is consistent with our brand guidelines and communication strategy This video will be displayed on our website and on social media platforms
Market Expansion Research & Data Collection
We are ready to take our B2B business to the next level. Presently we only exist in one market but it’s time to grow! Our company requires some assistance is assessing our customer landscape outside of our current territory. We want to learn more about customer’s expectations and behaviours in suggested new regions. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new locations fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. Include a roadmap along targets email contact. To consider: which markets align with our current one? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons to expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist in new locations? What legal protocol will need to be considered? In addition, creating a spreadsheet with locations and buyers.

We are looking for a student to help develop, create and set up automated monthly a Mailchimp automated a newsletter that supports our organizations' B2B business development & direct to consumer outreach. We think this project will include: Creating a monthly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired. One for B2B & one for DTC Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue. Coordinating frequency of publication. Overseeing all operations of a publication.
Social Enterprise B-Corporation & Best Natural Beauty Certification Plan
To achieve B-Corporation certification, our company must receive a minimum score on social and environmental performance. This is an online assessment that is overseen by the independent body that certifies B-Corporations (the B Lab). The assessment covers our entire operations and measures our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents. We would like a website re-design for our organization. We would like to work with students to develop a new revised website for us. Students should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Incorporate in new tabs for wholesale distribution orders, and more motion and video and consumer interaction, Build using our current frame a fully-functioning revised website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Brand Community Cross Brand Event Plan
Our brand is expanding our community outreach, and brand awareness by creating an event to launch this summer that will include cross brand inclusion with like minded brands/organizations. The event will be both experiential and educational on self care, eco living geared to our customer demographic in a public weekend event we will offer and execute. Our brand is also looking to expand it’s in person community footprint to embrace our customers with the brand philosophies of sustainability.
